At DrawWithDi, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with their experience.

Order Processing Duration

We proudly offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Each portrait is made with great care, and the full creation process typically takes 1–2 weeks. This includes sketching, painting, drying, varnishing, framing, packaging, and preparing the shipment (including the waybill for international delivery).

Please note that during peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand – this will be discussed with you personally if needed. We’ll always keep you informed via private messages if any delays arise.

If you need expedited processing, just let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Times

For custom orders, we’re happy to provide a sketch for approval of the main composition elements – just let us know if you’d like one. Before shipping, you’ll receive a photo of the finished artwork for final approval. Once approved, we’ll promptly ship your painting worldwide with free shipping, and you’ll receive a personalized tracking number for real-time parcel updates.

For handmade copies of original artwork, we ship them as soon as the piece is fully dry and ready for travel.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and the efficiency of local postal and courier services. Please note that tracking details may differ based on your country's shipping and customs regulations.

Here are the average delivery times based on our tracking data:
• USA: approx. 14 days
• European countries: 10-14 days
• Canada: 14-21 days
• Australia: 21-28 days

Express Shipping Upgrade

For faster delivery, an express upgrade is available (order here):
• Express Shipping – $10 → delivered worldwide in approximately 5-7 business days
• Express Fulfillment + Shipping – $15 → painted and shipped within 5 business days, then delivered in 5–7 business days

Please Note:

• We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
• During peak seasons, slight delays may occur due to high demand.
• In rare cases of shipping delays, we will notify you by email.
• Upon delivery, you will typically receive a call or text from the courier.
• International shipments may require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. While we strive to expedite the artwork creation and shipping process, we allow a brief window to verify your information. Our manager or admin will reconfirm your shipping address, phone number, and email during personalized email correspondence about your portrait details. This information is essential for accurate paperwork at the post office and on-time delivery.

Please note that many countries do not accept forwarding requests, name changes, or refunds. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your address information is correct before submission.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details, a re-shipment fee may apply, as determined by our postal service.

Lost/Stolen Packages

DrawWithDi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue to your local postal office or authorities.

Please also let us know about the problem so we can contact our shipping service or work with you to find a solution.
