Size Information
The listed measurements refer to the size of your stretched canvas.
The simple, intuitive mounting system is designed to fit canvases with an approximate thickness of 0.8 in (standard for my paintings), but it can also accommodate slightly thinner or thicker stretchers.
You can choose a frame in any of the suggested square or rectangular sizes – just make sure the frame size matches the size of the artwork you ordered.
Framing & Packaging
If your order includes both a painting and a frame, I’ll frame the artwork for you before shipping.
As a special touch, your framed piece will arrive in a handmade cotton pouch (see painting pages photos!) – beautifully wrapped and securely packaged for safe delivery.

Delivery time depends on the painting you order. Please refer to the descriptions in the corresponding painting pages for details. I’ll also keep you updated at every step through direct messages during the process!

For original artworks, a full refund is available even after ordering and once the painting has started. If you’ve already received the piece, you may return it within 14 days (return shipping at your expense). Refunds are issued once the undamaged artwork is received.
For custom portraits, partial refunds are possible shortly after ordering or during the early painting stages. Please note that once the artwork is completed and delivered, refunds or returns are not possible, as each piece is custom-made with significant time and care.
